Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are unhappy with your product you can return it to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.

In order to qualify for a refund or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept returns of gift cards for obvious reasons.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and refunded your returned item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will happily exchange any item returned to us within 30 days of it being received and it being in original condition with tags etc.

Customisation (if applicable)

We are unable to offer refunds on any items with have been customised or personalised in any way.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

If your order was delivered via Royal Mail - please use the royal mail returns portal below - there are a host of options available enabling you to get your return back to us hassle free.

If your order was delivered via another courier such as UPS, DPD or ParcelForce - please drop us an email at so we can work out the best way of getting the product back to us.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that if the item is not in transit you can make a claim with the courier.
